  • Program adaptation to your body composition and needs.
  • Can be focused on specific muscle groups.
  • Extra equipment needed.


Individual 60 mins - $60, 30 mins - $35 (discounts are available for 10+ sessions a month).

Partner 60 mins - $90, 30 mins - $60 (discounts are available for 8+ sessions a month).
