This type of training is designed to incorporate physical activities that will help you perform in your daily activities safely and efficiently. It can be a low impact (safe for your joins) and high impact.


  • Personal or partner 60 min training in the studio, home or outdoor.
  • Learn exercises techniques for your fitness level and body composition.
  • Program adaptation to your body composition and needs.
  • Can be focused on specific muscle groups or body function.


Individual 60 mins - $60, 30 mins - $35 (discounts are available for 10+ sessions a month).

Partner 60 mins - $90, 30 mins - $60 (discounts are available for 8+ sessions a month).
