This is one of my favorite formats. HIIT will help you boost your metabolism, improve your cardiovascular system and burn as many Kcal as possible in 60 min.

Functional Training

This type of training is designed to incorporate physical activities that will help you perform in your daily activities safely and efficiently. It can be a low impact (safe for your joins) and high impact.
